It’s been exiting to witness the constant growth in made-in-Berlin quality goods in recent years. Thomas Henry is certainly one of them. The young beverage company based in Moabit is named after the first person who managed to add carbon dioxide into water in 1773; making the man glancing at you from the little glass bottle quite an important figure in our bar culture! Thomas Henry offers a mature alternative to global players in the field of long drinks and cocktail mixes. The range comes in six different flavors: the classics, such as tonic, bitter lemon, ginger ale and soda water, as well as the first ginger beer manufactured in Germany! The latest addition is the lovely elderflower tonic – a refreshing option for the summer mixed with bubblies or simply adding a new twist to classics like gin & tonic! Many bars in Berlin already carry this new label and I’m sure you’ll only see more of them (It’s already hit Zürich).
